Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise optional
  • ¼ cup horseradish sauce or Dijon mustard optional
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds optional
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare Sliders:
  • Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread mayo and/or horseradish if using.

Layer:

  • Add a layer of roast beef followed by cheese. Place top bun halves back on.

Make Butter Sauce:

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon, poppy seeds (if using), onion powder, and garlic powder.

Brush and Bake:

  • Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
