- 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham or cooked breakfast sausage
- 5 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar Jack cheese  
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Baking Dish: Spray a 13×9×2-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 
Layer Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing any seams. 
Add Meat: Evenly distribute the cubed ham or cooked sausage over the crescent roll layer. 
Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Casserole: Layer the thawed hash browns over the meat. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top. 
Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
