Ingredients
  

  • 2 12.5 oz cans of cooked chicken, drained
  • cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley sliced grapes, or chopped nuts for added texture

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine canned chicken, mayo, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  • Add celery, red onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve chilled on bread, in lettuce wraps, or with crackers.
