Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese or blue cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: sliced avocado or red onion

Instructions
 

Prepare Chicken:

  • In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.

Warm Tortillas:

  • Lightly warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for easier rolling.

Assemble Wraps:

  • Lay tortillas flat and layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and buffalo chicken down the center. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Wrap and Roll:

  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.

Serve:

  • Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.
