- 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups frozen or fresh shredded hash browns
- 1 cup pancake mix prepared as directed
- Butter or oil for greasing the griddle
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat and oil the surface lightly.
Cook bacon strips on one side of the griddle until crispy. Move them to the cooler side.
Add hash browns and spread them out. Cook until golden brown, flipping once (8–10 mins).
Pour pancake batter onto the griddle to form 4 pancakes. Cook until bubbles form and flip.
Crack eggs on a greased section of the griddle. Cook sunny-side up or flip for over-easy.
Season eggs and hash browns with salt and pepper.
