  • Pancake dispenser or ladle
  • Tongs (for bacon)
  • Oil brush or paper towel (for greasing)
  • Mixing bowl (for pancake batter)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup pancake mix prepared as directed
  • Butter or oil for greasing the griddle
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: syrup cheese, green onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat and oil the surface lightly.
  • Cook bacon strips on one side of the griddle until crispy. Move them to the cooler side.
  • Add hash browns and spread them out. Cook until golden brown, flipping once (8–10 mins).
  • Pour pancake batter onto the griddle to form 4 pancakes. Cook until bubbles form and flip.
  • Crack eggs on a greased section of the griddle. Cook sunny-side up or flip for over-easy.
  • Season eggs and hash browns with salt and pepper.
  • Serve everything hot with desired toppings.
