Description
Juicy garlic butter steak bites made in one skillet with tender steak cubes, seared to perfection and coated in rich garlic butter and herbs—ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients
2 pounds steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ tablespoon avocado oil
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
6 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup chopped parsley
Green onion, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Work in batches if necessary.
4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
5. Reduce heat slightly, add butter or ghee and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute.
6. Return steak to the skillet and stir to coat in garlic butter. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and garnish with green onion.
8. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
Notes
Use a cast iron skillet for best sear and flavor.
Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain a crispy crust on the steak bites.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
