Description
This buffalo chicken wing wrap is bold, spicy, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for quick lunches or game-day bites!
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips and marinate with hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, and salt for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high and cook chicken until no longer pink, about 4–5 minutes.
3. Lay out tortillas and spread dressing on each one.
4. Top with lettuce, carrots, avocado, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken.
5. Roll the tortillas tightly like a burrito.
6. Serve immediately with extra hot sauce or dressing.
Notes
Use whole wheat tortillas or Greek yogurt ranch for a healthier version.
Adjust spice by adding extra hot sauce or using a milder buffalo blend.
