6 boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes.

2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.

3. Add chicken to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Mix all spices in a small bowl.

5. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken and rub evenly.

6. Place chicken in air fryer smooth-side down.

7. Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F.

8. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 5–6 minutes.

9. Check internal temperature (should be 165°F).

10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For spicier thighs, add more cayenne or use Cajun seasoning.
